Hi again! I’m Renata Cameron. Mom of two, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and long-time dreamer turned founder of San Diego Mommy + Me.

After a decade of specializing in children and working with families, I became a mom. Still, everything I thought I knew about myself, my world, and what to expect turned upside down and inside out. As a result, I searched but ultimately failed to find the type of “mommy and me” support group that I wanted/needed, so I decided to create it!

In truth, my mission with San Diego Mommy and Me is simple:

As a mom, I know EVERY mom needs support and I want to make sure you never have to mom alone.

And as a therapist, I’ve want to support you in navigating the ups, downs, and in-betweens of motherhood, and leave you feeling empowered in your new role.

That’s why these groups are centered around you. San Diego Mommy and Me is a place to surround yourself with people who “get it,” and an opportunity to feel seen, heard, and “sane” again.

Reilley Valenzona, LCSW

 

Reilley is the complete package. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Specializing in Maternal Mental Health, Mom of two, and former San Diego Mommy and Me group alum!

After getting to know Reilley as a group participate in 2020, Renata and Reilley’s paths have continued to cross in the Maternal Mental Health space. First as former Board Volunteers with San Diego Postpartum Health Alliance and currently as colleagues with the group practice, Dr. Cassidy and Co.
