My favorite thing about Milestones was how real it was and how Renata gave us the tools to not only work through Mom stuff, but those tools also worked in all aspects of life. I also loved how relatable the topics were to what I was going through and the comfort I felt with all the other moms. I was welcomed, never felt judged and learned so much!
Renata has an exception gift for connecting with both moms and babies. She is so amazing at creating a nurturing and comfortable environment that promotes developing relationships. The support I’ve received from Renata has really been life changing.
For me, this group became more than just a weekly learning session. Because of Milestones Mommy and Me, I was able to find a group of women who are supportive of my journey and are there to help me navigate through this time in my life.
Renata continues to be a dedicated mentor and I am thankful for all her time and effort she committed to making this program a success with a lasting impact. It was an empowering experience and I encourage fellow moms to join!
The group provides a positive, supportive and safe atmosphere to just be yourself, to be surrounded with other moms who just “get it” and to be open and honest about motherhood, without fear of judgment. It is also a great setting for the little ones to interact with one another. I have learned so much from this group. I highly recommend it!
